How do I set up my Cradlewise Crib for my next baby?

Congratulations on your growing family!

I'd like for you to follow these steps to set up your crib for your next baby.

  1. Update your Cradlewise app: Please make sure you have the latest version of the Cradlewise app installed on your device. You can update it from your device's App Store or Play Store.

  2. Power on the crib: Make sure your Cradlewise crib is powered on and ready for setup.

  3. Log in to your Cradlewise app account: Open the Cradlewise app on your device and log in using your existing account credentials.

  4. Unpair your account from the previous baby’s profile/Unpair your Crib: Navigate to Settings > Crib > Unpair crib within the app. Follow the instructions to unpair the crib from your previous baby’s account.

  5. Create a new baby profile for the new baby: Log in or sign up with your previous/existing email(used with old account) or new email address, respectively, for the new baby’s account.

  6. Forget Cradlewise from Bluetooth settings: Before proceeding, access your phone's Bluetooth settings and forget the "Cradlewise" device from the list of paired devices. Skip this step if "Cradlewise" is not listed.

  7. Start pairing from the app: Pair the crib with your new baby's new account.

*Note: You may see a non-blinking white light on the Cradlewise crib instead of a blue blink during pairing. This is normal, and you can proceed.

  1. Power cycle the crib: Once you reach the app's Home Screen, power cycle the crib. Turn off the power supply and wait for 1-2 minutes until the light on the crib turns off. Then, power it back on.

  2. Your crib is ready for your new baby!: After completing the power cycle, your Cradlewise crib is set up and ready for your new baby’s sleep.
