Update your Cradlewise app: Ensure you have the latest version of the Cradlewise app installed on your device. You can update it from your device's App Store or Play Store.

Power on the crib: Make sure your Cradlewise crib is powered on and ready for setup.

Login to your Cradlewise app account: Open the Cradlewise app on your device and log in using your existing account credentials.

Unpair your account from the previous baby’s profile: Inside the Cradlewise app, go to Settings > Account Name > Caregiver team. Remove all caregivers associated with the previous baby’s account.

Unpair the crib: Navigate to Settings > Crib > Unpair crib within the app. Follow the instructions to unpair the crib from your previous baby’s account.

Create a new account for the new baby: Sign up and log in with a new email address specifically for the new baby’s account. If you want to use the same email address, contact Cradlewise support to disassociate it from your previous baby’s account.

Forget Cradlewise from Bluetooth settings: Before proceeding, access your phone's Bluetooth settings and forget the "Cradlewise" device from the list of paired devices. Skip this step if "Cradlewise" is not listed.

Create a new profile for the new baby: Return to the Cradlewise app and follow the prompts to create a new profile for the new baby. Pair the crib with your new baby's new account.
​

Power cycle the crib: Once you reach the app's Home Screen, power cycle the crib. Turn off the power supply and wait for 1-2 minutes until the light on the crib turns off. Then, power it back on.

Your crib is ready for your new baby!: After completing the power cycle, your Cradlewise crib is set up and ready for your new baby’s sleep.
