Can I cancel my order?

We understand that circumstances can change and we’re here to support you. At Cradlewise, we've got you covered if you ever need to cancel your order before it ships.

The cancellation process is straightforward and involves submitting a cancellation form, receiving a confirmation email, and processing the refund to your original payment method.

If you need to cancel for any reason, please reach out to support@cradlewise.com, and our team will help.

Canceling your Cradlewise Smart Crib order will result in a non-refundable fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are made to the original form of payment.

The cancellation fee typically ranges from $50 to $75 for US orders, $100 CAD for Canada orders, $75 AUD for Australia orders, and refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after confirmation.

If you're not sure if Cradlewise is a good fit, we offer a generous 60-night trial period*. During this time, you can thoroughly test and assess whether Cradlewise is the perfect fit for your family's needs.

If you purchased through a verified retailer such as Babylist, Wayfair, or Amazon, please contact them directly to proceed with a cancellation.

USA Return and Cancel Policy

* Please note that the Cradlewise Nearly Perfect Edition does not have a 60-night trial. All sales are final once the Nearly Perfect Edition has been shipped.
