How do I return the my Cradlewise Smart Crib?
Complete this form. Once we validate the request, you will be sent a shipping label, and you will have the option to schedule a FedEx pickup. Returns must be shipped to us within 14 days of receiving the shipping label.
When will I receive my refund?
After the return has been shipped to us and is inspected, we will communicate through every step via email. Please allow up to 3 weeks from receiving your Cradlewsie at our fulfillment center. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment
Do I have to pay for shipping?
A $90 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you didn't keep your original Cradlewise packaging, you will be charged for the cost of shipping a non-refundable box, $120+ tax.
Will I receive a refund for additional bedding or accessories ordered?
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for additional sheets, mattress covers, mattresses, mesh, or other accessories that have been shipped.
