When you first plug your crib in, you should see a slow-blinking white LED on top of the monitor arc. Once the crib is ready, the LED slowly blinks in a light blue color.

If the light on your monitor arc is blinking red and green instead of blue, please try reconnecting the USB cable that connects the monitor arc to the crib.

To locate the USB, you'll want to remove the mesh completely to expose the plastic cover on the slat, then remove the cover to expose the cord. The arrows need to be pointing toward each other for a proper connection.

Once the light begins to blink blue, continue pairing your crib with the Cradlewise app.
