Cradlewise Limited Warranty covers any manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery, specifically on the mechanical and electronic parts. We will repair or replace the crib if there is any malfunction in mechanicals or electronics. You can read more about it here.

The protection plan does NOT cover cleaning, periodic checkups, or preventive maintenance of Cradlewise Smart Crib, any parts requiring replacement or repairs due to normal wear and tear unless tied to a Mechanical/Electrical Breakdown covered under this Agreement, and any parts or items normally designed to be periodically replaced by you during the life of the Cradlewise Smart Crib Product, including but not limited to fitted sheets, mattress, mattress covers, etc., any damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification, any damage caused by acts of nature, such as fire, flood, or earthquake, or any loss arising out of the unauthorized access or use of any system, software, hardware, or firmware, or any modification, reprogramming, destruction, or deletion of data or software by any means.

We also offer CradlewiseProtect, a two-year extended warranty. CradlewiseProtect will cover damaged mesh, repair of chips and breaks (not due to normal wear and tear), and replacements of faulty mechanical or electrical components.
