How do I file a warranty claim?

To initiate the warranty claim process, please email us at support@cradlewise.com or call us at +1(888) 717-2735 with a clear description of the problem, associated pictures, and a copy of the purchase invoice or the order number. Your failure to comply with these claim submission instructions may void this Warranty. Cradlewise reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to require photographs, further information, or descriptions or to physically inspect the products prior to accepting a particular claim under this Warranty.

Once the claim has been verified, Cradlewise will, at its own discretion, repair, replace, or give a refund as per the Terms and Conditions of the warranty.

If you believe you’ve received a damaged or defective product or have any missing components, the first thing you do is contact our customer support at +1(888) 717-2735 or email us at support@cradlewise.com.

The warranty is limited to the contiguous United States of America. Please note that the warranty will not cover parts, labor, or shipping associated with products being used outside of the contiguous United States.
