We know that every parent has their own recipe for how they help their baby fall asleep when placed in the crib for the first time. Now you can codify how the crib starts and behaves up to the the first 30 minutes when the baby is placed in the crib.

For example, if you prefer no bounce for the first 10 minutes after you place the baby in the crib. No problem! Just make your own START RECIPE.

Go to Settings > Soothing > Start Recipe > Toggle on

Once you toggle on Start Recipe, you can customize how the crib responds when you place the baby in the crib by setting the Start bounce level and sound and setting a timer.

After the start recipe timer ends, the crib returns to the ‘Smart Soothing.’

If you have Bounce on Smart mode but Sound on Manual mode, you can only set the Start bounce at the setting level. The sound will play at whatever level you have set from the home screen. Similarly, if you have Sound on Smart mode but Bounce on Manual mode, you can only set the Start Recipe for the Start sound at level, and the Bounce level will be whatever you have it set to from the home screen.
