On the upper left corner of the monitor, the Wi-Fi icon will show your crib’s Wi-Fi strength - the more lines, the better the strength of Wi-Fi at your crib. An R next to the Wi-Fi icon indicates a “remote” connection, meaning your app and crib are on different internet networks.
You will know your video monitor is streaming if there is a green dot and "LIVE" next to it. If the dot is yellow, displaying “POOR” next to it means that the app’s video stream is stuck or delayed due to connectivity issues.
Next to the monitor streaming status there is a thermometer and temperature reading. If you do not see a temperature in the first week after use - this means the crib is calibrating to its surroundings whenever you use the crib’s bounce to provide you with an accurate temperature reading within +-2F.
In the upper right corner there is the status showing if your baby is away, asleep, or awake and for how long. The ball indicates away, the zzz indicates asleep, and the lightning bolt indicates awake.
Down the right-hand side of the monitor, you will see four icons.
The first icon is the outline of a square with a smaller solid square in the corner, tap this to go to Picture in Picture.
The second icon is a speaker, this is to turn on and off your Audio monitoring. If you are using an Android device, this is also where you can control the audio monitor volume.
The third icon is a shutter, this is to take a snapshot to quickly capture those cute moments of your little one in their crib. The images will save to your device photo album.
The fourth icon is a broken outline of a square, tapping this will put your video monitor in full screen mode. From full screen mode, you can tap the cross hair icon to get back to your home screen.
The fifth icon is three dots. Tap this to see Additional options, including Flip camera, Airplay for iOS and Quick Tips (guides for best using your crib and the app).
