‘POOR’ status indicates some connectivity issues causing delay or freezing of the video feed on your app. If your video status button flickers between LIVE and POOR, check the internet connectivity on your crib and phone. The number of white lines in the Wi-Fi icon indicates network strength on your crib, an “R” next to it indicates that the crib and phone are on different internet networks. We recommend having your crib and phone on the same network whenever possible.
