The mattress cover is 100% cotton cover with polyester filling. The fitted sheet is 100% cotton.

The mattress cover and sheets are waterproof. Waterproofing is achieved with a lamination layer using thermoplastic polyurethane, also called TPU. TPU is a non-toxic and 100% food-safe material used in many baby products.
