Does the crib meet the latest safety standards?

Your baby's safety is paramount. We've done extensive testing, and the crib meets or exceeds all U.S. Consumer Product Safety Corporation safety standards for bassinets, non-full-size baby cribs/play yards, and crib mattresses. Our crib is certified by JPMA.

The JPMA Certification Seal signifies a product that meets additional safety requirements. To become certified, each product is sample-tested at an independent laboratory to verify it meets the highest standards for safety.

We're also GREENGUARD Gold Certified which ensures our crib is clear of 10,000 chemicals and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) commonly known to pollute indoor air. The electronics powering the Cradlewise Smart Crib are Federal Communications Commission (FCC) certified.

In addition to the mandatory certifications, we have taken care of the following:

  • The Wifi module has been deliberately placed in the arc near the camera, so it is as far away as possible from the baby.

  • The sides of the crib have breathable mesh for better ventilation.

  • The mattress is not made of Polyurethane foam (PU foam), which is known to release Volatile Organic Compounds that pollute indoor air quality. We have used coconut coir and rubber latex to design your baby's mattress. It is natural and organic material that does not emit VOCs.

  • The design makes it easy to remove the side mesh for washing and cleaning.

  • The materials used in the crib, the mattress, the fitted sheets, and the mattress cover are tested as per CP-65. The crib, mattress, fitted sheets, and mattress cover are Phthalate and BPA-free.

  • GREENGUARD Gold certification assures that the crib is off-gassing and VOC- free. This test includes checks for formaldehyde emissions.
