The mattress is made of coconut coir and natural latex wrapped in a soft, 100% cotton, quilted cover.

The mattress can be dry-dusted, but should not be cleaned, bleached, ironed, or dry-cleaned.

The entire product is GreenGuard Gold certified by UL. As per this test, all checks for formaldehyde emissions are performed.

Lead, Phthalates, and BPA: Our product is CP 65 certified. It includes all the parts that come in contact with the baby. The zipper used on the fitted sheet, the mattress, the mattress cover, and the fitted sheet are also tested as part of CP-65 testing.

The mattress is Phthalate and BPA free.

We are a JPMA-certified product. JPMA adheres to regulations laid out by the CPSC. As per the guidance from CPSC, we comply with the 16CFR 1307 standard for Phthalates.

There are separate tests for checking chemicals in surface coatings and all the substrate materials. You can rest assured that all the sheets and mattresses are tested for lead, phthalates, and BPA.
